Templates change the mode, layers, terrain, colors, and tile defaults without clearing your selected area or GPX files.
Draw or paste an area to get feature and tile recommendations.
Advanced source overrides
Advanced providers are deliberately explicit: wired sources affect generation now; planned sources are included in the source plan and attribution but do not fake geometry.
Terrain is always available. Draw an area to classify roads, buildings, waterways, and landuse for the selected print plan.
Drop in a run, ride or hike (.gpx) to lay the route over the map — or as a standalone trophy below.
No custom add-ons yet.
Raised, engraved, and separate shapes are generated as custom printable geometry. Cookie-cutter clipping is tracked here and intentionally disabled until the shape boolean clipper is verified.
No SVG/text/icon shapes yet.
Frame colors are in the Colorize panel.
About this tool
Edit filament slots
Slots feed the dropdowns below and the optional aerial quantizer.
Presets assign one uniform print color per semantic layer: buildings, roads, water, parks, trees, sand, and piers.
Road sublayer colors
Set Roads above to affect every road again; these rows only override specific road families.
Waterway colors
These override individual water subtypes while the main Water row remains the default.
Greenery colors
These override individual parks & grass subtypes while the main Parks & grass row remains the default.
These rows repaint the current 3D preview immediately when the matching layer is in Print mode.
Leave this off for normal map prints. Turn it on only when you want satellite-derived object or pixel colors.
Terrain bands, GPX paths, trophy colors, and custom add-on colors appear here when those features are enabled.
Separate parts print in their own filament and drop into a recess in the base.
