About this tool
Desk Organizer makes a freestanding desk caddy with a compartment grid and procedurally textured outer walls — woodgrain, hammered, ribbed, and more — plus an optional raised name on the front.
Set the Body footprint first (Width, Depth, Height), then the compartment counts in each direction; a few big pockets beat many tiny ones for pens and phones. On the Surfaces card, pick a texture per wall and tune Relief Depth — around 1mm is enough for the pattern to catch light without snagging dust.
It prints upright as exported with no supports. The wall textures are excellent at hiding layer lines, so this is a good project for matte PLA leftovers; add an accent filament for the name if your printer can swap colors.

Colors
Same-color texture = elegant shadow relief. A second filament color turns it into bold inlay.
